Has anyone actually looked at Hillary's proposals and ideas? I've been tooling around on her campaign site and reading her issues page and am totally amazed at the lunacy. This is supposed to be the smartest woman in the world? I think that every other woman in the world should be offended by that statement. Wait a second, let me clarify that...every other woman in the world should be highly offended by that statement. Anyone with half a brain would read her drivel and immediately see that she's either a moron or pandering to a bunch of morons who buy into her bullshit.
On every one of the issues, she proposes spending more money in order to solve the many "problems"; yet, she intends to make life easier on the middle class. Well, right away we see a dilema: she needs to spend a ton more money to keep all these promises and that means higher taxes. Who, by the way, pays taxes? Answer: the upper and middle classes. We need a balanced budget (from whomever becomes president), not an increase in the deficit. How on earth does she intend to pay for Hillary-Care Mark II? How do we fund a health-care program that mandates health insurance for everyone? Pre-existing conditions? No problem, the insurance agencies won't be allowed to turn you away even though people like me and your next door neighbor have to pay for you. Put the costs of this nightmare on hold for a minute and think about the federal (not even the state gov't) government dictating to private companies what they can and cannot incorporate into their business plan. If this is acceptable to you, maybe you should move to Cuba. It's called SOCIALISM!
Near the top of her list is a plan on getting out of Iraq. Never mind that the surge has provided the Iraqi gov't the peace it needs to begin passing laws that will unite the country. She wants to yank all of our troops out, whether we're accomplishing the mission or not. What a dipshit. I understand that she has to take a far-left position on this in order to placate her ultra-liberal (a.k.a. irrational) supporters, but come on, that's just stupid. They piss and moan about the senseless loss of life and how we are obliterating another generation of "kids." Whatever, let me tell you that I joined the Army and served 9 years in the infantry; a year and half of which was in Iraq. We had some immature guys, sure, but none of them were "kids," period. If you're one who uses terms like "our kids" or "American children" when refering to our troops so as to appeal to others' emotions - get a grip. Hell, the military's fatality rate throughout the course of the war is lower than that of the previous decade of peacetime. Feel free to check it out: http://www.fas.org/sgp/crs/natsec/RL32492.pdf.
While I'm talking about Hillary's idiotic plans for the military, did you know she wants to use the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps as a tool for illegals to gain citizenship? She wants to grant, essentially, amnesty with a fee to the millions of illegal aliens. That, is bad enough, but do you want non-Ameicans protecting our nation? How about the small unit commander who has to issue battle commands to subordinates but can't take the time to "press 1 for Engligh?" On the battle field, communication is everything; I would think all the bleeding hearts who mourn over the obliteration of this generation would want effective communication amongst soldiers so as to reduce casualties. But then again, the life of a liberal is a life of contradiction.
Hillary also wants to get her hands into the election process. This is her plan:
o Provides a paper trail for every vote cast. (more bureaucracy)
o Designates Election Day as a national holiday. (this one's not bad, but notice that Democrats never suggest holding elections right before April 15th)
o Allows same-day registration. (this is called "going to the barrios and the projects to round up votes")
o Minimizes long lines at the polls. (is she going to pay for the new technology...or issue an unfunded mandate?)
o Makes sure that impartial officials administer our elections. (...and more bureaucracy. I could also see this as disfranchisement of conservative voters. Who's ever heard of an impartial official, anyway?)
o Allows the attorney general to bring suit against anyone using deceptive practices (like distributing flyers with incorrect information about voter eligibility) to keep voters from voting. (this is called censorship and a violation of the First Amendment and more big nanny government)
o Helps states invest in better voting technology. (how? by raising taxes? or will an unfunded mandate be the "help?")
Now, I'm all for improvements in education. The way in which I differ from Hillary is that she wants more government to control more of the education system. Unlike the left, I can see that the government has been on the watch while the American school system has slipped, greatly, in world rankings. I believe in the market economy and understand that competition is what drives improvements. I say, let the tax money that parents pay follow their child to whatever school they attend, be it a public school or charter school or private school or home school. When public schools lose their monopoly on government funding(a.k.a. our money), no matter how many kids attend, they will be forced to compete and improve or the private and charter and home schools will bankrupt them. After all, education is the key to any great civilization. Hillary must not believe in that idea. She must think of education as the key to manipulating more people and insinuating more government control into American lives (as a politician, this, of course, means more power for her). She uses verbs like "recruit, create, expand, identify, double, invest, provide, increase, and strengthen" to describe her new ideas for government education. Notice that each of these verbs requires more money. Once again, where does this money come from if she intends to make life easier on the middle class?
I really could go on and on - maybe I'll save a bit of criticism for a future post. Make no mistake, though: Hillary Clinton is not a good prospect for our country. There is a reason she is tied and connected to so many scandals, controversies, and corruptions. If you, the voter, can't see through her bullshit and interpret what she says into terms of reality...you deserve her brand of politics. Don't take my word for it though, check her out for your self: http://www.hillaryclinton.com/. Also, if you intend to vote for her because she is a woman...please do not return to this site...you're not welcome because you're a bigot and a sexist and too many good people have fought for equal rights for you to disgrace their efforts. Same goes for all those who would vote for Obama because he's black: you're a bigot and a racist (don't want to hear that? look up the definitions of the words) and not welcome here. By the way, his politics are the same as Hillary's. A vote for either is a vote for socialism. Don't like hearing that? Look up the word, you'll see I'm right.
